Matthew McConaughey has shared the first picture of his newborn daughter Vida to his fans. The “Fool’s Gold” star posted the photo of his daughter with girlfriend Camila Alves on his official website.

The caption reads: “Our latest family member, Vida Alves McConaughey.”

The couple welcomed Vida on January 3. The baby follows big brother, Levi, who was born in July 2008.

Meanwhile, Camila will be making her debut as host of the third season of Bravo hairstyling competition show “Shear Genius” on February 3. McConaughey was last seen in the romantic comedy “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past” opposite Jennifer Garner.

The Black Eyed Peas have been hit with another plagiarism lawsuit by a singer who claims that the quartet’s record-breaking song “Boom Boom Pow” has been lifted from her own “Boom Dynamite.”

Phoenix Phenom, real name Ebony Latrice, and co-songwriter Manfred Mohr claim that the Grammy Award-winning group’s chart-topping single is strikingly similar to her track.

As to how the Peas could have committed plagiarism, her lawyer explained to AllHipHop.com, “My clients submitted their copyrighted song ‘Boom Dynamite’ to Interscope Records after Interscope had shown interest in some of their music, and the Black Eyed Peas later copied the song when they wrote ‘Boom Boom Pow.’”

“A simple listening of the two songs will tell you that the songs are substantially similar, and that the hooks of the two songs are virtually identical in rhythm and lyrics.”

It wasn’t too long ago when Nicole Richie’s ultra thin bikini body made headlines and garnered controversy. Now, the mother of two, who is sporting a much healthier frame, is opening up about how she was affected by it all.

The 28-year-old socialite previously said she was naturally thin. She has also denied having an eating disorder several times, but critics just thought she was in denial.

She said in an interview with Marie Claire, “I felt it was a little unfair to say someone has an eating disorder when they don’t It’s extremely insulting and irresponsible.”

“An eating disorder is serious and it’s a disease.”

He wasn’t originally involved in the mix, but Jimmy Kimmel is a funny bonus in the whole late night show fiasco. After Jay Leno told Oprah Winfrey on her show that he felt “sucker punched” by the “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” host, the ABC comic delivered another blow to the returning “Tonight Show” host.

Leno, in a bid to restore some of his tattered image, sat down with Winfrey on Thursday to talk about his side of the NBC/Conan O’Brien mess story.

He revealed that he was hurt by Kimmel’s jabs when he made a guest appearance at his 10@10 “The Jay Leno Show” segment, wherein he continuously told Leno what he thought of the whole fiasco.

But as Kimmel explained in his monologue, he thought Leno would man up rather and fire back in a comedic showdown than cry on Winfrey’s couch.
