“The Fame” may be getting to Lady Gaga. Although she wrote the multi-platinum album before she actually knew fame, reports are beginning to grow that the pressure is getting to the eccentric pop star, including rumors of exhaustion.

According to Life & Style Magazine, Gaga’s recent appearance at the Brit Awards, where she snapped up three of the UK’s equivalent to the Grammys, found the star in a not-so-celebratory mood. It could have been the death of Alexander McQueen which left her feeling somber. The illustrious fashion designer, who created some of Gaga’s most famous looks and considered her a “muse,” had passed only days earlier.

What was to be an over-the-top medley of her biggest hits was swapped at the last minute for an anti-climactic medley of a ballad version of her new single “Telephone” and album track “Dance in the Dark” as a tribute to McQueen, which left most onlookers, well, “Speechless.” “She didn’t really leave her dressing room,” an insider told Life & Style. “She looked so skinny.”

Her last-minute rehearsals also took up time originally slated for a Vogue photo shoot. The shoot then had to be cancelled. It’s also not the first time in recent months that Gaga has left a photo call mid-shoot. A recent photo spread in the UK’s Q Magazine saw Gaga arguing with the magazine over the picture’s themes and leaving the shoot in tears.

After recently giving birth, former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson is considering getting another boob job. But instead of adding another cup size, the 24-year-old Mrs. Hank Baskett is downsizing.

She said that since giving birth to Hank IV in December, she has gone unhappy with her bigger post-pregnancy chest.

She told Life & Style magazine, “I’d definitely consider getting my boobs redone after breastfeeding. They’re a little too big now. I’ve considered getting a breast reduction.”

She has already told her Indianapolis Colts wide receiver husband about her plan.

In Touch Weekly has one of the Kardashian’s making their way on the gossip train. This week, it’s Kourtney, once again with talks of troubles between her and boyfriend, Scott Disick.

In Touch says a friend told the magazine, “Kourtney has never been more rich and famous in her life, but unfortunately, she’s never been more miserable.”

A witness at an event on February 19 told In Touch that Kourtney and Disick seem more like reality co-stars than a couple. “Kourtney was sitting with her girlfriends, but Scott barely paid any attention to her,” says the witness. “He partied with his guy friends and let the hot cocktail waitress light his cigarette.”  But once a group of photographers arrived, things completely changed.

“Suddenly, Scott and Kourtney were all lovey-dovey,” the witness marvels. Afterwards, witnesses claim that Scott walked away without a glance back at Kourtney. In Touch also goes on to say that as deep as Kourtney’s problems run with Scott, he’s proven to be “Keeping Up With the Kardashians’” breakout star – and so she’s forced to stay with him and continue the act, no matter how unhappy she is.

The Jolie-Pitt twins are out. After being in hiding for so long, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s youngest kids, 19-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne, have been spotted recently with their famous parents and siblings.

Brangelina have kept the twosome pretty much hidden from the public since their birth in July 2008. They have been spotted a couple of times in the past, but not as much as now, when the whole family is in Europe.

Because people aren’t used to seeing the twins, they are surprised how big the twins have gotten.

One eyewitness told Life & Style, “They’ve gotten so much bigger since the last time the world saw them – they’re like little kids and not babies anymore. And I couldn’t believe how much they look like big sister Shiloh, especially with those lips!”

Eddie Cibrian and girlfriend LeAnn Rimes joined celebrities in Los Angeles last weekend for the 8th Annual World Poker Tour Celebrity Invitational. The couple, along with the other stars, raised over 0,000 for charity.

“Grey’s Anatomy” star Eric Dane, actor and voice talent Hank Azaria from “The Simpsons,” actress Jenny McCarthy, “Entourage” star Jerry Ferrera, and “Desperate Housewives” star Teri Hatcher were among the stars who played cards to raise funds for the Chrysalis charity.

The charity is described as a non-profit organization that aims to help economically disadvantaged and homeless individuals become self-sufficient through employment opportunities.

CelebrityGoodLife.com added that Hatcher was so into the spirit of the event that she bought a few rounds for players, and even rewarded her good deed with an order of grilled cheese and fries.

With “I Dreamed a Dream,” Susan Boyle earned a #1 international album and has already sold millions of copies. Adam Lambert’s dream earned runner-up on “American Idol” and was also runner-up to Boyle on the charts when their albums debuted simultaneously. But Lambert says he couldn’t believe he was toppled by the Scottish sensation, saying her album is “terrible.”

In an interview with Britain’s Gay Times, Lambert says Boyle’s cover of “Wild Horses,” the opening track on her debut album, left him literally laughing in tears.

“If only it weren’t for Susan Boyle,” Lambert said. “I’m happy for her success, but that album is terrible. ‘Wild Horses’ is the one that made me laugh the hardest. I just died when I heard it. I was crying with laughter. It was the most horrendous, sacrilegious treatment of that song.”

Boyle’s album debuted at #1 in the U.S. selling 700,000 copies in its first week. Lambert was far behind at #3 with 198,000 copies his first week. He had no choice words for Andrea Bocelli, however, whose “My Christmas” also kept Lambert from the #2 position.

“Hot ‘N Cold” singer Katy Perry says she was once more cold than hot about Lady Gaga. In a new interview with Nylon Magazine, she says that at one point, she thought Gaga’s latest work, which features her huge hit “Bad Romance,” was just plain bad.

“When I heard ‘The Fame Monster,’ I was like, ‘What the f**k is she talking about – teeth and he ate my heart and monster and dance in the dark and s**t?’” Perry said in the interview. “I thought she was such a shock jock.”

But she, like most of America, quickly came around.”Then i saw her on the American Music Awards, and i was like, ‘You’re an animal of another kind, and we need you!’” Perry said. “She’s amazing. She’s an entertainer, a visual artist. And her lyrics do mean things when you actually break them down.”

Perry, who scored hits with her singles like “I Kissed a Girl” and “Waking Up in Vegas” will have fans breaking down her lyrics again soon, when she releases her sophomore effort in the Summer. About the album, she also did more name-dropping when she compared herself to her current pop peers.
