Fifty AC/DC fans have been arrested in Wellington, New Zealand following the rock band’s concert on Saturday. Most of those arrested were held for drunk and disorderly behavior. The group was at the Westpac Stadium in Wellington for their concert when nine fans were taken into custody while six were evicted for unruly behavior. According to Otago Daily Times, six ambulances were called to assist people with alcohol or drug-related issues. All in all, fifty people were busted at the show. The number of arrested fans was smaller compared to those arrested in Metallica’s Chile concert last week. The metal rock band was playing at the Club Hipico in Santiago on Tuesday when around 120 fans were busted for disorderly conduct, drug possession and drinking in public. |
