ABC Cancels Another Adam Lambert Gig

ABC has canceled another Adam Lambert appearance. The “American Idol” alum, who stirred controversy during his American Music Awards performance last month, was scheduled to appear on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on December 17, but the network put a stop to it.

Lambert was supposed to perform on the late night show’s outdoor concert, but a spokesperson for the alphabet network told EW that they have decided “not to move forward with the booking at this time.”

No reason was given for the cancellation; the rep declined to comment on whether the move was based on the 27-year-old singer’s sexed-up AMA gig, which saw him kiss a male keyboardist on stage.

His rep told the celebrity website that he will now perform on “The Jay Leno Show” on December 21 instead, but the network has still not confirmed the schedule.
