Ex-Idol contestant Adam Lambert is certainly managing to live up to his rock god status. After a performance at the AMA’s that has got almost everyone talking, Lambert has been viewed as far too controversial for wholesome Good Morning America. The star has been ditched by the morning TV show, most likely because of complaints over Lambert’s ‘gay’ kiss at the AMA’s. Over 1,500 viewers took time out of their dull lives to complain – I don’t recall that many when Britney and Madonna kissed.

Lambert of course doesn’t seem too bothered by being canned by ABC and Good Morning America. He says he respects their decision, even if he doesn’t agree with it. Looks like he doesn’t need the publicity right now anyway.
