Alleged Stalker Of Jennifer Garner Arrested

The alleged stalker of actress Jennifer Garner was arrested on Monday after violating a restraining order. Steven Burky was found close to the school where her daughter Violet Affleck attends and was arrested in the morning around 9:00 a.m. after he was seen by officers as loitering in the alley. Garner, who is married to actor Ben Affleck, was granted the restraining order against Burky in November of 2008 after a judge was convinced that he was endangering her family. The order prevented Burky from coming within 100 yards of the actress and her family. Burky also cannot contact Garner in any way, including via telephone, regular mail or email. Burky began harassing Garner in 2002 and has shown up at her home on prior occasions. Burky is currently being held by the Santa Monica police on 0,000 bail. |
