Bristol Palin, Sarah Palin’s daughter, has filed for the sole custody of her 1-year-old son Tripp with ex-fiance Levi Johnston. The teenage mother claims Levi violated court order by disclosing the custody case in the media.

According to the court papers obtained by ET Online, her attorney Thomas V. Van Flein said that Bristol, 19, should be awarded 100 percent legal and physical custody of the boy, with visitation rights awarded to Levi.

Levi allegedly violated a gag order that prohibited him from speaking about the custody battle in several TV and print outlets, including “The Insider,” People magazine, Vanity Fair, and “The Tyra Show.” Bristol’s legal team has threatened to hold him in contempt of court for the violation.

The gag order has been lifted.
