Former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s daughter Palin is hoping to prove that her baby daddy, Levi Johnston, is a big, fat liar. According to TMZ, Palin is hoping CNN and Playgirl will help prove her point.

Johnston’s lawyer is claiming that Levi has earned very little in the last few years and can’t afford a child support payment of ,688.42 per month. Palin’s attorney isn’t buying the claim and has now issued subpoenas to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and National Enquirer, asking the companies for exact figures that were paid out to Levi.

TMZ also claims that Palin’s lawyer believes to have a smoking gun. Johnson claimed in legal docs that he made no more than ,000 a year prior to 2009, but Palin’s lawyer can prove otherwise. Palin’s attorney attached Levi’s pay stub from 2008 that shows he earned ,594.50 from one employer that was listed as a construction company in Alaska.
