The actress graces a 70 ft. billboard atop Madison Square Garden, just in time for the New York Fashion Week. Cruz, 37, gazes at the camera over her shoulder with a come-hither look and the tag-line: “Give fur the cold shoulder.”

PETA’s Yvonne Taylor, says: “Penelope Cruz has appeared on every ‘best-dressed’ list in the world, and the one thing you’ll never see her wearing is fur.”

She adds: “One couldn’t ask for a more fitting emblem of the modern, glamorous woman who knows that there’s nothing more beautiful than a woman who has a look that kills without anyone having to die for it.”

She was styled by Joe Zee, Elle’s creative director, for the mag’s photo spread that’s in the new issue. Lively reportedly arrived at Milk Studios in a sweater, black legging jeans, and tasseled flats. Zee was inspired by Marilyn Monroe’s iconic 1952 Hollywood workout portraits.

According to People, the Expendables actor went to see his ex-wife soon after her split from Ashton Kutcher. Stricken with concerns about her declining health, Willis allegedly urged her to seek treatment.

“He was worried about her and wanted her to get better,” a source told the magazine. “Many of her friends did the same thing, but she just wouldn’t listen.”

Bruce is currently taking care of their children as Demi recovers following her recent hospitalization. Their daughters Rumer, 23, and Tallulah, 18, are staying with their father while Scout, 20, is away at college. According to another source, Rumer has been affected the most by the incident.
