It looks like housewife Danielle Staub needs to think of another way on how to extend her 15 minutes of fame. Her sex tape has reportedly performed poorly in the market, which just means even men don’t like her.

While her sex video, released by Hustler Inc. in June, is gathering dust on the shelves, former Hugh Hefner girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson’s XXX debut, “Kendra Exposed,” has been named the best-selling tape this year.

Porn film company Vivid Entertainment honcho Steven Hirsch told In Touch, “It surpassed our expectations. It’s our best-selling tape so far this year and could be one of our biggest-selling celebrity sex tapes of all time.”

“Kendra has millions of fans that love her. There’s no question that the real popularity of a star helps to sell a movie and, of course, it helps that she’s only 24 years old and beautiful.”

Hollywood legend Jerry Lewis has no patience for Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. The respected comic says what the troubled starlets need is a spanking and a reprimand.

The multi-award winning actor, 84, said Lohan deserves what has happened to her and that she needs to be scolded for her antics.

He told Inside Edition, “I would smack her in the mouth if I saw her… I would say, ‘You deserve this and nothing else – whack!’ And then if she’s not satisfied, I’d put her over my knee and spank her.”

He also feels the same way with Hilton, who is currently facing drug charges in Las Vegas.

Here’s one legal dispute Nicolas Cage doesn’t have to worry about anymore. “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” star has settled the lawsuit he filed against his accountant, whom he blamed for ruining him financially.

Cage filed a million suit against CPA Sam Levin for allegedly putting him in million tax debt. He cited negligence and fraud, claiming Levin failed to pay his taxes when due.

Levin then filed a countersuit, alleging it was Cage’s spending spree that had put him in debt. The actor apparently was living beyond his means, and had refused to listen to his advice to tone down his spending habit.

But the two parties have now resolved their differences. The terms of the settlement remain confidential.

Rachel Uchitel, or the club manager who is infamous for being Tiger Woods’ first mistress and for allegedly having an affair with David Boreanaz, has visited the grave of her late fiancé for the cameras.

Uchitel is one of the patients in the upcoming season of “Celebrity Rehab.” And while the cameras were rolling Thursday, an opportunity to show the world her sensitive side seemingly came up.

She visited the grave of her former fiancé who was killed in the 9/11 terrorist attack with Dr. Drew Pinsky and the reality TV crew. She sat down near a plaque dedicated to Andy O’Grady and read a letter she wrote for him, TMZ reported.

A source then said Uchitel placed the note in a bottle and dropped it in the water.

Hollywood may have another hot couple about to hit the press. Actors Sean Pean and Charlize Theron turned heads the other night when they were spotted eating dinner together.

According to In Touch Weekly, Theron, 35, and Penn, 50, headed out to Santa Monica to dine at Via Veneto. The two have also reportedly been friends for several years and Sean has been lending Charlize a shoulder to cry on.

The pal goes on to say, “He helped her through her split with Stuart [Townsend].”

Although an insider also tells ITW that the two are not dating, Charlize and Sean were being cute and flirty throughout the meal. And Sean “thinks she’s beautiful, and she thinks he’s brilliant.”

Sources tell Life & Style magazine that A-Rod and Cameron Diaz are becoming bolder with their relationship. No longer sneaking from each others’ apartments, the two now have an official relationship status.

The two celebrated Diaz’ 38th birthday on Aug. 30 at The Lion restaurant in New York. The pair were also spotted leaving together and heading to his apartment in the 15 Central Park West building, according to the Daily Mail.

Although they separated once they spotted photographers outside the building, Life and Style Magazine says their relationship is official.

“While having lunch at Morandi in New York City on Aug. 19th, Cam was reportedly calling A-Rod her boyfriend,” an eyewitness told Life and Style.

Jesse Csincsak, ex-Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas’ pick for marriage, didn’t end up marrying Pappas, but he did get married this past weekend.

On Sunday, Aug. 29, he married girlfriend Ann Lueders at the Rumor resort in Las Vegas. The wedding had 150 guests, including Bachelor alum and recently single Vienna Girardi, and married couple Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney Mesnick.

“I would never have thought last November when I met Ann that I’d be here marrying her here today,” Csincsak told Life and Style of meeting Ann on the reality show The Bachelor’s reunion cruise.

The bride and wedding guest Molly Malaney both competed for Jason Mesnick on The Bachelor, and Mesnick and the groom both were the final two choices for DeAnna Pappas on her season of The Bachelorette.

Being million in debt is humiliating, “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice admits. The notoriously lavish spender claims she and her family is now living within their means after they have filed for bankruptcy.

According to the reality show star, she had no idea that they were in so much financial trouble until their lawyer informed them that they were million in debt.

She told In Touch that her husband Joe “thought things were going to get better.”

But unfortunately, things got much worse. After filing for bankruptcy protection, her lavish ,000 shopping spree on home furniture was reported. And while their lawyer defended her actions, saying there was nothing illegal in what she did, Teresa was scrutinized and mocked.

Jon Gosselin allegedly threatened to report ex-wife Kate to Child Protection Services unless she handed him a large sum of money, ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman claims. The bitter ex has provided documents that are said to be handwritten by Jon himself to back up her allegations.

While Lohan has posed nude for magazine spreads before, it’s the first time she’s gone nude on screen. According to reports from attendees of screenings for “Machete,” Lohan’s barely in the film at all. And when she is, she’s baring it all.

In the film, Lohan plays April, which up until now has only been described as a gun-wielding nun. But she gets into much more X-rated, even incestuous territory, including a ménage à trois with her character’s mother and star Danny Trejo in a pool. Her character’s father even confesses lustful thoughts about his daughter to a priest, played by Cheech Marin.

It seems that Lohan’s role in “Machete” may have been preparation for her upcoming film “Inferno,” where she’s set to play porn legend Linda Lovelace. She’s come a long way from “Herbie: Fully Loaded.”
