Tiger Woods will be fined by the PGA Tour for his public criticism of the official rules, after winning the Bridgestone Invitational, a tour official said Monday.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the draft does not publish fines.
Woods was last in his four-shot victory Sunday when he and Pádraig Harrington were on the clock on the par-16 5 He said that caused Harrington rushing three difficult shots, leading to triple Bogey.

After taking a three-shot lead over Woods with 54 holes, Harrington said that he expected to square out of hand to hand with Woods in the final round.
