Charlie Sheen’s wife is planning to sue the rehab facility she has just left for violating her privacy. Brooke Mueller is in a new rehab after leaving The Canyon because they allegedly infringed her right to privacy.

Mueller’s trip to rehab has been reported by tabloids after someone from the facility allegedly leaked her admission form to the media. The document is said to be very specific about her substance abuse, including circumstances surrounding her admission.

Her attorney Yale Galanter told TMZ, “Brooke was forced to leave The Canyon rehab facility because of the security breach,” adding that he will file suit on behalf of Sheen’s wife against the facility and plans to “have the individual responsible for leaking the information arrested.”

Mueller is now in a “private, more secure” and “confidential” rehab facility in Los Angeles.
