Great news for fans of Fringe – the executive producers have stated that the show could go on for around six seasons or more.

Jeff Pinkner, one of the execs of the show, said they’re only “limited by our own imaginations”, when asked whether the show would have a third season. He stated “if we’re lucky enough, we have six seasons that we’re really excited about”.

Most fans of the show are more than happy to think of at least another few seasons with Olivia, Walter and the gang, but this should serve as hope that some may actually come to fruition. Season two has shown that there’s far more going on with the characters than season one was able to show us, hopefully they’ll get to grow through another few seasons.
