A copy of Michael Jackon’s official death certificate has been leaked online and shows the King of Pop’s death certificate has been amended to include the cause of death as “Acute Propofol intoxication”, “Homicide” and “Intravenous injection by another”.

Jackson died in Los Angeles, California on June 29. 2009 as a result of a fatal overdose of the general anesthetic Propofol.

Although no charges have yet been filed against Dr. Conrad Murray, he continues to build a criminal defense legal team in anticipation of homicide charges.

Joining Murray’s legal team is Glendale criminal defense attorney J. Michael Flanagan.

This is notable as Flanagan previously won an acquital in what is believed to be the only other criminal case in Los Angeles that involves the powerful sedative propofol.
