Memorable TV moents 2009

We all love TV shows for different reasons. In 2009 we saw some awesome TV moments and I thought I’d jot some of my own favorites in here in the hope of spurring some conversation in the comments. Why is this a good thing? Well because I love learning about new shows, shows I may have missed, brilliant TV moments and what other people think. I’ve discovered some great shows that way, shows I’ve grown to love.

For me my penultimate TV moment in 2009 was saying goodbye to Battlestar Galactica. Though the final two hours may not have delivered every answer to my every burning question, it did what it did well enough for me to shed a tear and smile a little. In 2009 I’ve also deepened my love of Fringe, which – in its second season – has truly come into its own. Olivia Dunham’s ‘exit’ from her 4WD was great TV and if you haven’t stuck with Fringe, do so, season 2 is a sparkler! Modern Family is a new show for 2009 and one I hope does great things through 2010 and lastly with regards to reality TV, Masterchef Australia (the non celebrity one) was some of the best.

What were your stand out moments in TV for 2009?
