Oksana Grigorieva isn’t just after her daughter’s safety in her battle against baby daddy Mel Gibson; she’s also after her singing career. The Russian singer is reportedly also prepared to sue the actor for refusing to release her album.

Oksana has recorded an album that Mel executive produced and co-wrote. However, that CD won’t see the light of day if “Mad Max” won’t sign for its release. And it looks like he isn’t in the mood to do so because he apparently believes Oksana is trying to destroy him.

According to TMZ sources, Oksana will be filing a suit against Mel if he won’t sign over his publishing rights on the music.

The album could end up in court or become a bargaining chip in negotiations for a financial settlement, the website adds.
