I recently read this news from Seacoast Online website, the story focused on Pamela Smart or Pam Smart photos taken from jail. According to report, she’s been suit over the racy jail photos of her. Pamela Smart was sentenced with a life imprisonment when she recruit one of her student and according to report, her lover to kill her husband.

The court ordered to pay Pamela with $23,875 pay day from the government of New York. Robert Sweet, a U.S. District Judge approved the settlement of her which will end Pamela civil federal lawsuit against the State of New York.

This issue broke out when Pamela sued the state for claiming an unfair treatment in Bedford Hills Correctional Facility by the prison officials and let her photos appear in National Enquirer. According to report, she’s been forced to spent her two months in a 23-hour lockdown facility. And according to her, the photo was taken by a guard who sexually abused her.
