Production halted on Flash Forward spells axed?

 Flashforward Halted ABC

This is news that I despair sharing with you all – ABC has apparentlyy halted production on Flash Forward, which most likely means it’s all over soon for the show.

In recent weeks, the show has been suffering in the ratings, with the drop off rate of viewers being pretty high. The Hollywood Reporter is stating that the show will be taking a six-day hiatus and should be resuming production again soon after that. It seems that the excuse is the network want to give the writers the chance to “maintain the high quality of the show”, which probably means they don’t like what they’re currently writing.

With viewership dropping down rapidly to a new low of only 8.01 million last week, it looks like it’s time to make the storylines a bit more exciting. The premise of the show is excellent, but sadly it’s gotten a bit dull recently with only the lovely Sonya Walger making it interesting. Here’s hoping there’s more to come for this show in the future. How about making more than Sonia Walger’s character likable? The only characters that are likable are her and the alcoholic guy… oh and the fact I like this show and don’t know his characters name isn’t a good sign.
