Randy Jackson’s “America’s Best Dance Crew” is alleged to have been stolen. The “American Idol” judge and MTV are being sued by a man named Dwight McGhee, who alleges that they ripped off his idea for a reality show. According to McGhee’s lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the producer and the network stole his idea for “International Breakerz League,” a reality show about a dance crew. He claims that he pitched his show idea to MTV back in 2004. Then in 2008, MTV premiered “ABDC,” which he said is “uncannily similar” to his own show. McGhee wants Jackson and MTV to pay him million because he struck an “implied” contract with the network for his concept. |
