Veteran actor Rip Torn has been arrested for allegedly breaking into a Salisbury, Connecticut bank. The 78-year-old Oscar nominee was found with a “loaded revolver” during the incident on Friday.

Torn was found by police inside the Litchfield Bancorp building at 9:40 p.m. Police told TMZ that the actor gained access through a broken window, which they believe he broke himself. He was also said to be “highly intoxicated.”

He was charged with carrying a pistol without permit, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, first degree burglary, first degree criminal trespass, and third degree criminal mischief. He is currently being held on a 0,000 bond.

He is slated to appear in court on February 1.
