Tila Tequila has lost the first round of the million lawsuit NFL star ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman filed against her. Because she did not respond to the suit, the court has entered a default judgment against her.

The San Diego Chargers player sued Tequila for the naked rant she made on her live Ustream page last year, in which she claimed Merriman “choked and attacked” her, “sleeps with minors and forces them to take drugs,” wouldn’t date fellow African Americans, and manufactures drugs in his home.

Merriman claims Tequila admitted that she was just lying, saying “yes that is why I did a ’spin’ now? cuz now everyone is LOVINGGGG me.”

Because of the lies, he lost several business deals. He is suing the former MySpace popularity queen of intentional interference with contract and unfair competition, including trademark infringement because she used his “Lights Out” logo on her website.
