Tom Cruise Sued Over Alleged Spying, Wiretapping

Tom Cruise has been slapped with a million lawsuit for allegedly hiring imprisoned private investigator Anthony Pellicano to spy on a magazine editor.

Michael Davis Sapir’s lawsuit stems from the 0 million suit Cruise filed against him in 2001. The “Mission: Impossible” star said Sapir claimed to have video evidence that Cruise “engaged in a homosexual relationship.”

The lawsuit was settled later that year, with both parties acknowledging that the said tape did not exist.

Now, Sapir, the former editor of Bold magazine, claims that convicted racketeer Pellicano, acting out on Cruise’s orders, wiretapped his phone while the litigation was still active.
