BEIJING, Aug. 15 (Xinhua) — World champion Tyson Gay was out of the men’s 100 meters finals in the Beijing Olympic Games with an unimpressive 10.05 seconds in the semifinals.

Tyson Gay lost his chance to win the men’s Olympic gold. Due to his injuries during the U.S. Olympic trials in late June, Tyson Gay was disqualified for being among the U.S. 200m Olympian sprinters.
